Production Process

Production starts with the material. It is an art to find the right compounding that guarantees top quality. At Zeller Keramik this art has been mastered for more than 100 years resulting from experience and knowledge. Now and then the recipe of the earthenware -  exclusively made of argillaceous earthes, white-firing kaolins, feldspar, calcite and quartz sand for Zeller Keramik - is strictly confidential. The result is impressive: for more than ten years the sherd of all patterns has strong edges, is suitable for microwaves and dishwasher safe. Moreover, all glazes are free of lead and cadmium.
